Providence Hospice & Home Care is a not-for-profit, community-based hospice and home health ministry, serving patients in all of Snohomish County and on Camano Island, Washington. Hospice teams provide comprehensive and compassionate physical, emotional, and spiritual care to people nearing the end of their lives, including support for their families and friends. Home care is rehabilitation and education, in-home, for people who are homebound, utilizing the expertise of skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, home health aides, and wound care nursing. Providence Hospice & Home Care of Snohomish County participates in the "We Honor Veterans" (www.wehonorvets.org) program, in affiliation with the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. Providence Hospice & Home Care provides specialized care for our nation's veterans that focuses on the unique physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of veterans.
