We are trying to reach out to all Veterans and let them know of a special FREE one-hour family-friendly concert, "Celebrating Our Veterans", on Sunday November 12 @ 3pm, hosted in the Basilica of St Joseph, 1109 Chestnut St, in Alameda. Featuring three performance groups: Rick Harrell and Heroes' Voices (guitar and singing) Upside Sounds (male vocal quartet that has a special Veterans /Patriotic repertoire) Dulcet Four (female vocal quartet that does songs from 1920s - 1960s) Donations will be collected at the concert to benefit HeroesVoices.org, which provides healing music-based activities and treatment to Veterans with PTSD in the Bay Area. They will be there to hand out materials as well, so if you haven't gotten involved with them yet, please do!
