Sorry for your experience sir. I have received assistance from this program several times. Years ago, Tim helped me avquire resources which keep on my power, Fed my kids, and helped me with information about increasing my disability rating. Now that I have become homeless I have been working with Stacy. I have received help with renting a room for 90 days. She scheduled me with VASH, the correct people to help me seek a permanent arrangement. I have recieved vouchers for food and also an orca card. All the people I have met in this office are knowledgable and dedicated to the veterans they help. This is an amazing support resource service. Thank you guys! I know you are making a difference in my life!!

Used to be a awsome department the staff are great but upper management is cluless they seem to th I k that a general discharge under honorable conditions is not a honorable discharge so if you have a general discharge they will turn you away that is not veteran friendly
